Healthy Chickpea Cookies


Easiest recipe ever! These amazing cookies were developed in Stuttgart. They are healthy, delicious and contain a lot of protein. The secret ingredient: chickpeas.




Ingredients:

-       1 can of chickpeas
-       1/3 cup of Maple Sirup
-       ½ cup of Peanut Butter
-       ¼ tsp Baking Powder
-       1/3 cup of chocolate chips vegan
-       ¼ tsp sea salt
-       walnuts to decorate



Preheat oven to 220 degrees, line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

Add all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a food processor or combine and shred the ingredients with a fork until a sticky mixture has formed.

Tranfer cookie dough to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.

Use a tablespoon and scoop dough into balls and drop ontp cookie sheet evenly spaced.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cookies begin to change into a brown color.
