Healthy Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

This is my healthy everyday smoothie in the morning! It feels super good afterwards and tastes so good that I lie in bed at night and look forward to the smoothie in the next morning.

·





      1 frozen or not frozen banana

·      ½ cup of blueberries

·      2 tablespoons chia seeds and/ or flax seeds

·      1 tablespoon coconut oil

·      1 teaspoon spirulina

·      little hand full of spinache 

·      ½ cup of oats

Peanut Butter Cheesecake

When I wanted to bake a cake for a special occasion, I tried lots of different recipes and improved my recipe from time to time. The Peanut Butter Cheesecake is easy, delicious and healthy. This cake was so delicious that it was gone immediately and nobody tasted the 'healthy' ingredients. 

For 8 persons: 

Preparation time: 20 minutes

The ingredients for the peanut butter cheesecake are:

base:
1 cup cashew nuts
3/4 cup dates

peanut butter base:

1 cup peanut butter 
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup dates
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Schokoladenschicht:

1 ripe avocado
1 ripe aanana
4 tablespoon coconut oil
1/3 cup dates
1/3 cup cacao powder
Base
Mix the cashew nuts and the dates in a food processor until a smooth mixture has been formed. Spread the mixture over a cake tin and put into the fridge. 
Peanut Butter Base
Mix the ingredients for a few minutes in a food processor. The result has to be a soft mixture and spread over the first base. Put the tin for at least 15 minutes into the freezer. 
Schokoladenschicht
Mix the ingredients in a food processor and add to the peanut butter base. Decorate the cake with some nuts and put the cake for at least three hours into the fridge before serving.  Et Voilá!

Als ich einen Kuchen für eine bestimmte Gelegenheit backen wollte, habe ich viele verschiedene Kuchen ausprobiert. Dabei habe ich das Rezept von Zeit zu Zeit verbessert und angepasst. Der Peanut-Butter-Cheesecake ist gesund, lecker und einfach. Dieser Kuchen war so köstlich, dass er sofort in den Bäuchen der Gäste verschwunden ist und das Beste - niemand hat die 'gesunden Zutaten' geschmeckt. 

Für 8 Personen 
Zubereitungszeit: 20 Minuten
Die Zutaten für den Peanut Butter Cheesecake sind: 

Boden:

1 Tasse Cashew Nüsse
3/4 Tasse Datteln

Peanut-Butter-Schicht:

1 Tasse Peanut Butter (ohne Zusatzstoffe)
1/3 Tasse Mandelmilch
1/3 Tasse Datteln
1 Teelöffel Kokosöl

Schokoladenschicht:

1 reife Avocado
1 reife Banane
4 Esslöffel Kokosnussöl
1/3 Tasse Datteln
1/3 Tasse Kakaopulver
Zubereitung
Boden
Mix die Cashewnüsse und die Datteln in einem Food Processor bis sich eine klebende Schicht gebildet hat. Verteile die Masse in einer Kuchenform und stelle sie in den Kühlschrank. 
Peanut-Butter-Schicht
Mixe die Zutaten für ein paar Minuten in einem Food Processor. Es muss sich eine softe Masse ergeben. Verteile die Creme auf der Bodenschicht. Stelle die Form für fünfzehn Minuten in das Gefrierfach.  
Schokoladenschicht
Mixe die Zutaten in einem Food Processor und füge sie zur Peanut-Butter-Schicht hinzu.  Dekoriere den Kuchen mit ein paar Nüssen und stelle den Kuchen für mindestens drei Stunden in den Kühlschrank vor dem Servieren. Et voilá!

Healthy Eating in Berlin

Dear Berlin Lovers,

I really tend to go the same places which I know are good. Especially in Berlin, there are really good healthy cafes and restaurants which sometimes are very new and not known by everybody. So therefore in the following I will write down the best and cutest cafés and healthy places in Berlin which I like the most so far.
The Street Food Thursday at Markthalle 9,


Green Market

This vegan supportive market is super cute and lovely! Different innovative businesses regarding healthy food, clothes, cosmetics and many other introduce their products and give you many opportunities to try their food and inform you about their philosophy and ideas. The music, decoration and sitting area add up to a nice and cozy atmosphere. The last time we where there, we went afterwards to the Kindl Brauerei and played games which was really fun. All in all a really nice evening with lovely people and lots of inspiration. One of the things which I liked to most was the super cute individualized silver ware such as little cake forks with the engraving: ‚your cake’ or ‚my cake’.





The Bowl

I first met ‚The Bowl’ on an sports event. I took a bowl with zoodles and such a delicious sauce. I made zoodles the next two weeks on my own because I was such a fan then. The Bowl is a trendy and delicious restaurant where you can chose between different bowls. Their philosophy is clean eating and I absolutely love it!

I AM DELICIOUS

I am really impressed! The beautiful Inés Arau Mussons bakes organic raw cakes in the most beautiful shapes. One of the best are her diamond cakes with a fruity character.

The Street Food Thursday at Markthalle 9

Are there still people who dont know this place? :D

I love, love, love it. I have a friend from London who adores and knows a lot of street food markets from all over the world but she claims that this is the best.

Every thursday, the Markthalle 9 is full of different and delicious food from all over the world. From Brazilian crêpe to ginger ‚ice tea’ and delicous raw vegan cake. There is something for everybody! And this is the thing I like the most about markets: Every taste will definitely find something.

Coconut-Blueberry-Cake




This cake is super fast to make!

When I saw the flowers outside of my house I knew I had to make a cake with this color. And luckily fruits exist to create that same color.

Base:

-       Coconut Oil
-       Dates
-       Cashew Nuts
-       Cashew Flakes
-       Optional: Mulberries

Cream:

-       Blueberries and Strawberries
-       Cashew nuts
-       Coconut milk
-       Maple sirup

Method:

Mix the ingredients for the base in a blender or food processor until a sticky base has been formed. Put into a form.

Mix the ingredients for the top layer cream in a blender or food processor until smooth. Put on the base and place it into the freezer for 30 minutes and then in the fridge. Wait at least three hours before serving and decorate with flowers, fruits or whatever looks beautiful.
